These terms apply to the Lapdrop app at app.lap-drop.com, provided by Lapdrop (provider details in the imprint). Contact: [email protected].

You sign in with your lap-drop.com account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Your app account and your lap-drop.com website account are separate.

Chat and private messages are only for members aged 16 and over. Some circles have a higher age limit.

Be respectful. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, threatening, sexual involving minors, misleading or fraudulent, and do not share other people's personal data or content you have no right to share. No spam and no automated accounts.

What you post stays yours. You allow us to store and show it in the app to the people it is meant for, as long as it is in the app. After you delete your account, content that others rely on stays, shown as written by "Deleted member".

Lapdrop points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Rewards and stamp cards are offered and funded by the merchants themselves. Game results that break the rules may be removed.

You can report messages, posts, photos and reviews in the app, and anyone can report illegal content with our report form. We review reports, can remove or restrict content or accounts, and explain our decision in the app. You can appeal a decision.

You can stop at any time and delete your app account in your profile. We may suspend or end an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

We do our best to keep the app available and correct, but we cannot promise it is always available or free of errors. Information from merchants and members is their responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.

We will show important changes in the app before they apply. Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you can always go to the courts where you live, and you keep the protection of the law of your country.
