Membership alone does not keep a hall. The second breath is the cycle. Everyone may bring: leftover lot, clearance, too much paint, too much wood, too many chairs, too much cloth. The guild sorts, repairs, sells, passes on to the trade guild that needs it. Baker gets baking sheets. Scouting gets rope. Corps gets an old drum that still sounds. What remains goes to market, clean, with a price.

That money is not profit for one man. It is the cash of the hall. Order of spending: rent and fire of the church or the shed. Tools. Then subsidy for youth. Then the trek. Then the buffer. Masters of three trades who start a firm stay fifty-fifty with the guild — that is another stream. The cycle is of all.

Nobody is forced to scrap what still lives. What must leave the street may first pass the hall. Municipality and shop that clear get a name on the board if they put the guild before the container.

Youth sport from the cash-box. Children of members: swimming, gymnastics, club sport — the box chips in, not the whole bill if that breaks the hall, enough to take the threshold away. Condition: Sunday at table, or a plus-one who is there. No member, no stimulus money. Welcome at the soup remains.

What the guild does with this. Cycle before subsidy. Youth sport as a push to the hall, not a bonus for staying home.
