Carmacks sits in Yukon at the Nordenskiöld and Yukon rivers — not Whitehorse itself. You are in the village. The road bridge crosses the Yukon here; the Klondike Highway is the spine. Ferry or ice-bridge seasons, when they apply upriver, belong on Yukon government pages. This journal does not quote a crossing time.
No merchant listing on this hub yet. Village civic notices when you need counters. The Tatchun / Little Salmon First Nation is local government alongside the municipality; their offices are not shops we added. Fuel and food on the highway are private; they are not LapDrop cards unless they already exist. None do.
Dawson City and Whitehorse are other hubs. Do not treat Carmacks as a neighbourhood of either. The coal-mining history is local fabric, not a ticketed mine tour on this page.
