Bloomington, Minnesota, south of Minneapolis

Bloomington, Minnesota, sits south of Minneapolis on I-494, Hennepin County — not Bloomington, Indiana. You are in the city. City Hall and the art center share a civic block. Mall of America is inside this city; its shops are not LapDrop cards unless they already exist. None do on this hub yet.

City: bloomingtonmn.gov. Metro Transit serves the Mall and the civic cluster; times on Metro Transit, not here.

Hub: Bloomington, Minnesota on lap-drop.com.
