Belle Isle sits in the Detroit River, reached by the MacArthur Bridge from East Grand Boulevard. It is a city park / state recreation area mix; vehicle fees and hours are on Michigan DNR and city pages, not here.
The skyline view back to downtown is the honest postcard. No invented marina bar.
